Какие методы снижения веса существуют и какие результаты у каждого метода?

в таблице ниже представлены результаты качественных (уровень доказательности I-II), хорошо контролируемых исследований, по наиболее популярным методам снижения веса


как видно из таблицы, наибольший эффект в снижении веса у коррекции питания,

остальные методы с точки зрения снижения веса имеют много меньшую эффективность, и могут быть использованы как необязательное дополнение к коррекции питания, и без коррекции питания практически не оказывают влияния на вес
